When your mindset is right then everything else falls into place. I find one of the easiest and most effective ways to cultivate positivity is to feel grateful – I keep a “Three Good Things” journal and write in it each night. I think of three good things that have happened that day and I note them down – not just what happened but also how it made me feel, and any other observations.
